This private day tour from Addis Ababa takes you through the scenic East African Rift Valley part of Ethiopia to the unique rock carved church of Adadi Mariam, ancient grave site of Tiya (UNESCO World Heritage), and experience the daily life of locals with family visit. Appreciate interesting places and activities such as the unique still operational church of Adadi Mariam which is cut out of a single piece of rock in the 13th Century AD, an ancient cemetery of Tiya, and a traditional village of the Oromo people. Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara At 8 o’clock you will be picked up from your hotel within the Nairobi city center/Westland’s and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the great rift valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Here you will see the semi active Mt Longonot and 2 other dormant volcanic mountains, Mt. Suswa and Mt Margret for 10 mins. You will arrive in time for lunch. Check in the hotel. Later at 4.00 pm depart for a 2 hour game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve until 6.00pm. Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with good time for resting at the Camp. Dinner and overnight at rhino tourist camp/similar Rhino tourist camp:/https://rhinotouristcamp.com/ Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara Reserve Early breakfast at 6.30am and Depart for a full day game viewing. This is the most important day since we are hoping to see the big five, especially the big cats which are extremely illusive. Also we will visit the famous Mara river where the great migration happens, have a guided tour by the rangers to see the Nile crocodiles and hippo families and just to top it off have a picnic lunch under a tree in the park overlooking the vast landscapes. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures. Its a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos which form part of the Big five animals. There is also a possibility to see the pink flamingos . The game drive lasts 3 hours, after which you depart on a 3-hour drive back to Nairobi to arrive at around 3 pm. You will be dropped off at the city centre/hotel within the city centre. Day 01:Arba Minch- Chencha Dorze Villages This day we will be flying to Arba Minch then driving to the Dorzy village, these people set high up in the Gughe Mountains where we see the traditional Dorze. Overnight Arba Minch Ezana Hotel. Day 02: Konso – Turmi After breakfast you will take a boat trip in Lake Lake Chamo, to visit the crocodile market, it is a local name for a place in Lake Chamo that the crocodiles went out of the lake and chill, there is no buying or selling, also you will see hippos and different kinds of birds late drive to Turmi then you will have a chance of seeing the Konso village, one of the unesco site in Ethiopia know by their terracing. One of the best types of coffee for the country is also from this village. Proceed to the Bana village. The Bana are indigenous pastoral and semi-nomadic people living in the harsh environment of the Lower Omo Valley. The men often have their hair dressed up with a colorful clay cap that is decorated with feathers. Then proceed to the Turmi where the Hamer people live. Overnight in Turmi Turmi Lodge. Day 03: Turmi- Jinka This day after breakfast we will be driving to the town of Jinka then after lunch, we will be driven to the Ari people, the largest population in the lower Omo valley. The women who wear skirts from the banana-like tree, called Enset are experts in pottery. Overnight Jinka Jinka resort Day 04:Jinka-Mago – Jinka-Addis Ababa Take a day excursion to Mago National Park to visit the Mursi village. The Mursi are one of the exotic ethnic groups in Ethiopia. They live in very low huts made of straw leaves. The women like to wear terra cotta on their enormously stretched lower lips and ear lobes. Drive back to Jinka for lunch. later you will be transferred to the Jinka Airport for your flight to Addis Ababa. Later you will be transferred to the airport for your departure.

Overnight Turmi Day2,After breakfast, we will make an excursion to visit the Karo, another Omo Valley tribe that settled on the shores of the Omo River. The Karoos are agro-pastoralists and considered to be the master of body painters. On the way we will attend Saturday Dimeka market of biggest Hamar tribe market and visit the special and colour full market per week ones! More than 5 tribes(Hamar,banna,karo,dassench,tsemay) tribes come on this colour full and biggest market day in omo valley to buy and sell there products and cuttles. Overnight Jinka Day3,Morning after breakfast excursion to a Mursi village (approx 66km from Jinka).They live in the mago national park. You will be able to meet the Mursi. They are renowned for wearing large lip plates!! and ear lobe plates. Mursi men drink blood more than eating meat,because they dont need to kill their cow to harvest the blood. They take blood from the cow, by making a hole in the vane with a small arrow, then they stop the blood from running with their traditional medicine! The cows wound heals very fast! You will see when mursi man take his breakfast from his own cow.

Attend a traditional Hamar Bull Jumping Ceremony, a rite of passage for young men in the Hamar tribe. Witness the spectacle of dancing, chanting, and bull jumping, accompanied by colorful attire and ceremonial rituals. Reflect on the day's cultural experiences over dinner and spend another night in Turmi. On the fourth day, depart from Turmi and drive back to Jinka, enjoying the scenic views of the Omo Valley landscape along the way. Stop at the Arbore village, known for its unique architecture and traditional way of life. Interact with the Arbore people, learn about their customs, and admire their handicrafts. Continue the journey to Jinka and visit the South Omo Research Center & Museum to learn more about the indigenous tribes of the region and their cultural significance. 7 am – Depart Nairobi and start of drive to Naivasha, brief stop over at the Great rift valley view point. Arrive at the gate of hells gate at around 9am. Start of the biking tour at hells gate for 2 hours 11pm – Finish the tours and bring the bikes back at the gate. 12pm – Drive to Naivasha lake Naivasha crescent Camp for lunch (at own expense) 2pm – Take a 1 hour boat ride in the lake for bird watching and hippo viewing. 4pm – End of all activities start of drive back to Nairobi drop off at your hotel. Day 1 Fly to Arba Minch On the first day of the tour,you will depart from Bole International Terminal 1 at 7:40 am & arrive in Arba Minch at 8:45 am.Our driver & guide will be waiting for you at the airport. After having breakfast and a coffee break,we will drive down to Arba Minch ( the fourty springs) and visit the crocodile market.Then,we will take a boat trip on Lake Chamo,which is known as the most productive lake in Ethiopia.you will have the opportunity to see hippos,some of the largest crocodiles in Africa & prey birds. After the boat trip,we will have a Lunch. Afterward,we will drive to the Dorze village,where you can see the traditional Dorze beehive-shaped huts that are recognized by UNESCO as visually attractive.drive back to Arba Minch for the overnight stay. Day 2: Arbaminch to Konso village After breakfast,we will drive to Konso & have a lunch break. In Konso,we will visit one of the nine UNESCO registered villages.The Konso people are known for erecting stones & poles called generation poles,which are raised every 18 years to mark the start of a new generation. The age of a village can be determined by the number of poles that are still standing.After the visit,we will drive to Turmi for the overnight stay. Day 3 Drive to Kara village & Turmi activities After breakfast,we will drive to Kara Village, where the Kara tribe resides.The Kara people live along the east banks of the Omo River they are known for their beautiful big villages & the traditional painting of faces and bodies by the children. After the visit,we will drive back to Turmi for a lunch break. In the afternoon,if we are lucky,we might witness a unique event called bull jumping,which is a ceremony where a boy is pronounced a "man" after jumping over 5 to 13 cattle standing in a row. Alternatively,if there is no bull jumping,we will visit a Hamer village in the afternoon.At night,we will enjoy a colorful party with Evan Gady dance,also known as the night dance. Day 4 Drive to Dassanch tribe village and Jinka In the morning,we will drive to Omorate & cross the great Omo River with a local boat to visit the Dassanech tribe. After the visit,we will drive back to Turmi for a lunch break & then proceed to Dimeka town,where the Hamer,Beena & Kara tribes hold their weekly market day.If there is no bull jumping event on Friday,there is a higher chance of witnessing it on this day.If there is no bull jumping,we will drive to Jinka,if you're not tired,you can visit the Jinka museum in the late afternoon. Day 5 Drive to Mursi village and fly back to Addis Early in the morning, we will drive to the Mursi village,where you can observe the unique traditions of this minority tribe living in the Lower Omo Valley.The women of the Mursi tribe are known for wearing large clay plates in their lips as a form of decoration,while the men are known for painting different patterns on their bodies. After the visit, we will drive back to Jinka for a lunch break and then depart for Addis Ababa

Overnight Jinka Day 4: Mursi people and fly to Addis Ababa Early morning, drive to Mago national park where the famous Mursi people are living. Mursi ladies are one of the most recognizable women for their lip- plates inserting. After, walking around their village, drive back to Jinka for lunch and take the plane back to Addis Ababa. Late afternoon, free time for shopping or short walk in Addis before going to one of the known cultural Restaurant for live music and dance. End of the tour

Overnight In a resort Day 2 Jinka – Turmi In the morning, you will drive from Jinka excursion to the Mursi people via Mago National Park. These people are curious and famous in that the women wear geometrical lip plates in the slits of their lips. And in the afternoon you will drive to Turmi via different small villages and visit the beautiful and friendly Hamer tribs. The Hamer tribes are well known for their bull jumping and dancing ceremony called Evangadi. Overnight in a lodge Day 3 Turmi - Jinka Start an early journey with some rough road to the Omo lowland area exploring the vast endless Hamer territory to the village of the neighboring Karo tribe who are famous for their pierced lower chin stuffed with nail and other sharp metal. And back to Jinka Overnight: in a resort Day 4 Fly back to Addis Ababa Today, after having breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport and fly back to Addis Ababa.
